Job description:

• Manages the Project framework:
  • Develops a structured approach to project management, including active involvement of various stakeholders
  • It helps to clearly define roles, responsibilities and decision-making process for all parties involved
• Supervise key projects:
  • Follows the deadlines of key projects of the Buying & Merchandising of goods sector and their coordination in accordance with the company's strategy
  • He is actively engaged in achieving the defined goals of the projects
• Plans and manages resources:
  • He is responsible for planning the activities and resources necessary for the implementation of projects
  • Organizes project teams and effectively manages deadlines
• Participates in setting KPIs and risk management:
  • Defines and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) for each project
  • Analyzes and manages potential risks and delays to ensure objectives are met
• Effectively manages time and costs within the project, ensuring optimization of resources
• Preparation of regular reports on the progress of projects. Collects the necessary documentation for the successful implementation of projects
• Responsible for creating a fundamental process and knowledge base after the completion of the projects to improve future initiatives
• Actively monitors and applies best practices and tools from the field of project management to ensure continuous efficiency and process improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree (Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Organizational Sciences or other)
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the same or similar positions
• Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Trello
• English language proficiency
